Nicholas George Associates expertise in this field is considerable with services ranging  from marine input for pipeline water crossing projects, to full port and harbour development works incorporating feasibility studies, bid and tender document analysis, method statement approval and project management.


The Company will also arrange Marine Feasibility Studies, Hydro-graphic works, Marine Geophysical and Geo-technical studies, Evaluation Surveys for Marine and Civil Works, Navigation System Appraisal, Anchor and Mooring studies and surveys, Diving and Sub-sea inspection work. Additional services include tidal stream impact studies, dredging evaluation, erosion and environmental issues.


Active in the export industry we  undertake technical inspection work to ensure contractual conformity for both importers and exporters.

Major works completed in the recent past  include  the Southampton water crossing for the Fursey Island/Hamble crude oil pipeline; evaluation and feasibility studies for port and harbour developments and dredging operations--Falmouth; structural survey of canal wall, utilising both sonar and visual scans, to determine wall strength and condition prior to the commencement of construction work adjacent to the canal.
